Production Time
Each item is made to order to ensure the highest quality and care. Please allow 2-3 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Holiday Production Times: During holidays, our production times remain 2-3 business days on average, but delays may occur due to increased demand.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped and delivered within 4-8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Production times and shipping times are separate. The total delivery time is the sum of production and shipping times (approximately 6-11 business days on average).
